The following contractual agreement is between, Patricia A. Harrison, owner/operator of MizzElle's Standard Poodles, hereafter referred to as "Seller", and ___________________________________hereafter referred to as "Purchaser".
It is understood by all parties that this dog/puppy of the Standard Poodle Breed, _______________ sex, from the litter of __________________Dam and ___________________________________Sire,
DOB: ________________________, is not for sale for show/breeding. Instead this above-mentioned poodle puppy is being sold solely as a pet. It is also understood by all parties that the "Purchaser" of the above-mentioned poodle will be spayed/neutered within the specified time frame determined by the veterinarian.
